International Property and Construction Forum
St Petersburg.
RBCC RBCC held a very successful event on 27 May in
Russia's Nothern capital – the second annual
Property and Construction Forum. Over 100 delegates
attended the event, including the First Deputy
Chairman of the Committee
for Investments and Strategic Projects of the St
Petersburg City Administration, Roman Starovoit, and
the UK Consul General in St Petersburg, William
Elliot. RBCC Executive Director, Stephen Dalziel,
chaired the opening session. The Forum raised a
large number of questions and vigorous debate on all
aspects of property and construction, both in St
Petersburg and beyond. For many, the most exciting
of many fascinating presentations was that by Soren
Svare, Head of the St Petersburg office of ARUP, who
threw down the challenge to architects, builders and
all those engaged in the construction industry to
come up with sustainable and ecologicallyfriendly
buildings. RBCC would like to thank all those who
took part so actively in the Forum, and especially

27 мая РБТП провела второй Ежегодный Международный
Форум по строительству и недвижимости. Около 100
делегатов посетили мероприятие, включая первого
заместителя председателя Комитета по инвестициям и
стратегическим проектам Санкт-Петербурга, Романа
Старовойта, и Генерального консула Великобритании в
Санкт-Петербурге, Уильяма Эллиота. Исполнительный
директор РБТП, Стивен Диэл, выступал в качестве
председателя вступительной сессии. Форум вызвал
оживленную дискуссию по различным аспектам сектора
недви-жимости, как в Петербурге, так и в других
городах. Многим запомнится выступление Сорена Сваре,
главы Петербургского офиса компании ARUP, который
призвал своих коллег – архитекторов, строителей и
всех вовлеченных в сферу недвижимости – уделять
больше внимания экологичному и устойчивому
строительству. РБТП хотела бы поблагодарить всех тех,
