Denton Wilde Sapte Creates St Petersburg Association
Denton Wilde Sapte has added an important strategic link to
its market-leading network in the Commonwealth of
Independent States (CIS) by forming an association with St
Petersburg-based law firm, Duvernoix Legal.
The association adds to Denton Wilde Sapte's CIS practice,
comprised of 77 fee-earners and a network of offices in
Almaty, Moscow and Tashkent. It also evidences the firm's
strong commitment to the region as well as the growing
importance of St Petersburg in the Russian market.
"St Petersburg is becoming a significant commercial centre,
attracting major investment from inside Russia and overseas.
As one of St Petersburg's leading independent firms,
Duvernoix Legal will add an important facet to our presence
in this key market and the combination of their Russian
client base with our international one offers both firms
scope for expansion," says Denton Wilde Sapte's Chief
Executive, Howard Morris.
"This association will deliver some very exciting
opportunities to both parties, and I look forward to working
closely with the offices across Denton Wilde Sapte's
international network," says Duvernoix Legal's managing
partner Egor Noskov, who specialises in corporate, tax,
litigation and real estate advice.
