CMS Cameron McKenna Advises on Multi-billion Asset
Swap by Gazprom with BASF
CMS Cameron McKenna LLP has acted for Gazprombank to advise on a multi-billion euro deal by OAO Gazprom (Gazprom) with the German-listed BASF AG, involving asset swaps in Russia, Germany and North Africa.
Natalia Kozyrenko, the head of CMS Cameron McKenna’s energy practice in Russia, led the team of Russian lawyers, with support from a London-based team led by Vivek Gambhir and colleagues from CMS alliance firms, CMS Hasche Sigle in Germany and CMS von Erlach Henrici in Switzerland.
